A strong commitment to social responsibility
STIHL Tirol takes social responsibility seriously. This is reflected in the company’s close cooperation with numerous non-profit organisations. In summer 2023, STIHL Tirol continued its support of two Tyrolean social institutions.
Its partnership with the association RollOn Austria has been in place for seven years. The association is committed to supporting the concerns and interests of people with disabilities. This year, STIHL Tirol is sponsoring not only the association’s public relations work, but also the salary of a disabled employee. The team at RollOn Austria is delighted that the tireless work carried out by the association is supported by strong partners such as STIHL Tirol.
The company has been collaborating with SOS Children’s Villages for over 20 years. The type of support ranges from sponsorship of individual projects to providing gardening tools for green space maintenance. This year, the focus is on the SOS Children’s Village in Imst. The company is supporting the village community's ABC educational project and has also provided a STIHL cordless pole pruner that was urgently needed.
