The STIHL Tirol Summer Festival in Kufstein
At the end of June, it was finally time: STIHL Tirol staff gathered for a fun celebration at Kufstein Fortress. Events like this are ideal for getting to know each other across departments and exchanging ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
Various STIHL challenges such as a can knockdown, a blower runway and a Timbersports cross-cut sawing competition provided plenty of entertainment right from the start. The food also didn’t disappoint with canapés and street food stalls.
STIHL Tirol Managing Director Jan Grigor Schubert opened the spectacular STIHL Timbersports show with a short speech. Five athletes took part and made the Festungsarena at the castle buzz with a STIHL Hot Saw competition and other events. Jan Grigor Schubert and Production Manager Richard Felix were not spared either. They had to prove themselves in the Single Buck competition (cutting with a cross-cut hand saw).
After the show, “The Officers” took over and played some great tunes to really get the party started. The STIHL Tirol summer festival at the fortress in Kufstein was a great evening packed with fun and entertainment.
