The garden equipment manufacturer and cordless tool specialist STIHL Tirol, a company of the German STIHL Group, is once again giving its workforce a share of the company's operating profit by paying employees a discretionary bonus for 2021. The average gross bonus comes to 1,200 euros. Clemens Schaller, the managing director of STIHL Tirol, emphasises that: "This bonus is a thank you to our team for their exceptional performance and outstanding dedication in a year that was anything but easy due to the pandemic.
