The STIHL MSA 300, launched in Austria in March 2022, is currently the most powerful cordless chainsaw on the market. The professional tool with its numerous innovative features was developed at STIHL headquarters in Waiblingen (Germany) and is manufactured by the gardening equipment specialist STIHL Tirol.

In recent years, the company has successfully specialised in the production of cordless garden tools and has therefore been able to meet the increased global demand for battery-powered products. In addition to chainsaws, the site in Langkampfen also manufactures numerous other cordless products, such as lawn mowers, robotic mowers, hedge trimmers and brushcutters.
